My friends and i arrived in our original room only to find a dirty shower, filled with soap bar residue and hair. We were then transfered to another room, which was okay at first. But then one of the showers had a major malfunction. Maintenance wasn't able to repair it until the next day. I was also told by the night manager that he could take a night off of my final bill, but come checkout( no luggage carts available even when told so by the way) i was told i still had to pay the full amount with a note only left discussing a discount, not a night off. And the " discount" still has to be reviewed by the main manager.
