Checking was OK (personnel not so friendly). Room OK, some deficiencies reported at the check-in. Some has been corrected. Dreadful breakfast, with exception of the fresh fruit - not much available, and food quality the worst I ever seen in Hampton - by Hilton chain. We stayed in room 407 and on few occasions, we decided to have breakfast outside hotel, there is a lively caffé store near by.
Reported at the reception during checking-out and we have been offered 1 day money back for our stay ( we stayed 8N) for any inconvenience, however until now, we never received 1N money back.
