This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The pics were not anything the like the place. Cigarette holes in blanket…we were in non smoking room….sheet and pillow cases dirty….i was so disgusted…I would even take my shoes off…I’ve never seen a place so dirty….slept in our clothes for a short bit then left. Never again. How’s this even allowed.

Don’t stay here

The hotel was dirty and now I’m making this review i wished that I would’ve took pictures. Disgusting. I also wanted to cancel my reservation as soon as I got there. The guy was acting like he didn’t want to cancel my reservation. Would never stay here again.

$6 cigarette burns

when i checked in they charged me an extra $6 with no explanation why; when i get to the room the front door did not close properly; flush against the side; there was a draft coming into the room; the sheets and the mattress had cigarette burns and stains; thankfully i was only there one night; i would never stay here again

Checking in they told me my room was canceled because hotel.com charge me in advance when I signed up to pay the day of check-in, but my room was gone and my whole reservation was canceled. Which I don’t understand if you select will pay at check-in to sanitize my whole room, went out to Walmart and purchased cleaners because it didn’t smell good and feel clean to me disinfect bleach. All of that the tiles were horrible and dingy and dirty pillowcases didn’t match. Cigarette holes in the top covers sheets were not clean. And I did not like the size surroundings. A lot of people hanging around little sketchy to me. I held my purse close.

Property was full of hookers and drug dealers smoking drugs in parking lot non smoking room smelled of drugs and had funky odor ac put out a wierd smell as well employees were rude had no towels in room and front desk wouldn't get us any so had to go buy towels.. not a good place to take a family

I made a reservation for myself and my partner. My name was on the reservation, but I put a note that my partner (including their name) was going to arrive first to check in and that I was arriving after hours. I also called several times to try to tell them this, but they never answered the phone. When my partner arrived they would not let her check in because she was not the primary name on the reservation, and she could not wait for me because I was arriving after hours and they wouldn't allow it. She had to go to a different hotel and get another room for us because the Econolodge essentially refused to let us check in. Because it was day-of they would not provide a refund, so we had to pay for the room that they would not let us check into. The customer service in follow-up to try to fix the situation, was also terrible.

My original room had the smoke alarm beeping and a door that did not close. After waiting 20 min for the handy man I went to the lobby to request a new room. This should have been offered instead of me having to ask.

Do not stay here. The area is unsafe and we were informed by many locals that the police respond to calls at this location for a multitude of illegal activities. The pictures were not accurate of the state of the room. We booked a non-smoking room and it wreaked of smoke when we arrived. There were cobwebs in the corners and the place looked in need of major maintenance and repairs. We immediately left upon arriving and booked a place 5 mins away that was much nicer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The toilet water ran continuously until I fixed it. Check-in was too long because I booked in advance. Although I had military, I still had to show multiple IDs!!! One set of towels were missing. I picked up a set of towels after calling front desk, and the set were not complete. Shower water did not get warm.
