Horrible Experience
I checked in on Friday night at around 12:00 AM and was placed in room #337. By 2:00 AM, I had to file a noise complaint due to extremely loud and disruptive neighbors in the adjacent room. Unfortunately, the noise persisted throughout the night. By 5:00 AM, with no change, I made a second complaint.
After only managing to get about three hours of sleep, I went to the lobby around 11:00 AM because the situation had become unbearable. I was informed that the guests next door would receive a third warning and that any further disturbances would result in a $20 surcharge to their stay. I requested to speak with a manager and was told to wait for a potential room change.
After waiting for approximately an hour, I was moved from my original room with a king bed to a room with two queen beds. There were no accommodations, apologies, or gestures of goodwill offered for the significant inconvenience, lack of sleep, and the time I spent resolving this issue.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would have expected more proactive measures and better customer service from the staff to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay.
