Have stayed at this property for over 10 years and was highly disappointed this October. Excuse after excuse and too many attempts to reach front desk/guest services by phone. It was either a staffing issue or training. Yes, it is in a city, yes, there is a conference, yes, the hotel is full. These were the excuses given to us.
Location is excellent and the room refresh was a significant improvement. Cosmetically great.
Warning hotels.com customers there are more options in similar location and they repeatedly made it clear since we did not book directly with them their hands were tied. Not sure what getting water glasses, bathrobe and washcloths had to do with hoterls.com but another excuse provided.
Not welcoming and we were there for business, a bday and anniversary.
