The property has no elevator, be prepared to walkup four stories with suitcases/backpacks. No representatives onsite. The office is a different address. Upon check-in, the power to the unit went out. A company rep came immediately, flipped a breaker & offered a different unit in a different building. We felt the problem was fixed, so refused the offer to move. The power went out an additional four times that night, each time we flipped the breaker. Fortunately we packed flashlights! The heated towel rack in the bathroom was too hot to touch, potential fire hazard. Two heaters in the room were turned off, to help with the power issue. No hot water in the morning. After talking to a representative from the company, a maintenance person was sent over approximately 30 minutes later. He advised he would take a look at the issues, however, we feel there was a potential wiring problem & it could have resulted in a fire. We requested compensation from the company, we have no response.
