Nice hotel
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights until yesterday. clean room, towels changed daily, hot water at discretion, very good heat, overall for us it was exactly what we were looking for. the staff was very nice without any problems, I strongly recommend this hostel for those who want a city break close to the center and the metro and bus. very quiet area and full of cafes and supermarkets

Ok budget hotel but sheets were not clean
Ok budget hotel. Great neighbourhood. Bed uncomfortable. Sheets had not been changed since the last guest sadly... Good shower but I only had 2 handtowels. It was also quite cold in the room. Ok for a night if you don't want to pay too much.

The location appeared sketchy upon arrival, but there were great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We checked out early because the elevator broke and we were on the 7th floor!! We ended up paying for a different room elsewhere in addition to having prepaid for this room.. we had only one outlet in the entire room, which slept 3 adults!!! UNSATISFACTORY!!

古さがあり、鍵をかけるのに少し時間がかかったのと、近隣の部屋の話し声が少し聞こえるの以外は気になりませんでした。あと、水回りが不思議な臭いがしました。 部屋は思っていたより広くて、スタッフも優しく、メトロ、バスに複数の駅に近いのと、立地的には良い場所だと思います。その上でパリでこの値段だったら良いと思います。

Me gusta que cerca tienes opciones de transporte y para comprar alimentos. No me gusto que el hotel tiene descompuesto el elevador y parece que ya lleva tiempo asi, debes subir al primer piso cargando tus maletas.

Great value for money. Clean and located close to Metro and bus stops. Reception is super nice. Only downside is the elevator went out of order after my first night so I had to climb the narrow staircase for 5 floors - esp when checking out with luggage. But it also wasn’t that bad that it ruined the stay. Would come back!

Centralt og nemt at finde, men det var nok det...
Hotellet var slidt og der lugtede af cigaretrøg på trappen. Værelserne lignede at de var forsøgt renoveret, men standarten af resultatet var ikke god. Vi brugte kun værelset til at sove i, da der ikke var meget hygge. værelset var rent, personalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomme.

Really Enjoyed our 9 night stay at the Acacia a small and simple spot located in an eminently walkable & bikeable area of the best damn city in the world. Not the Ritz but you just need a place to lay your tired head in the city of light...Nice staff people good continental breakfast clean sheets and room...the pigeons are noisy but they gotta live too... I'd go there again any time!!!

Il y avait des petites bêtes dans la chambre (poissons d’argent) , le lit petit (140/190 max) et vraiment pas très confortable La chambre et l’hôtel sont vétustes , les murs très fin la procédure avec la clé de la chambre assez archaïque Des taches sur le sol, des rideaux occultant qui n’occultaient rien donc réveil à 6h avec la lumière Bref , pour 125€ la nuit , je trouve que c’est quand même très limite Seul point positif l’hôtel est bien situé près des transports en commun et le quartier est plutôt calme

This hotel is a very basic, no-frills place to stay in Paris. It is a fair distance away from places of interest The bed was comfortable. Breakfast variety was minimal but the baked goods were tasty and filling. Staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is colorful, interesting and bustling and there are many restaurants and shops nearby.

Je ne recommande absolument pas
Personnel qui ne vous regarde même pas quand vous arrivez. Odeur de cigarette dans les hall, lavabo bouché, on entend tout dans la chambre à côté. Zéro échange avec le oersonnel. On a eu l impression de les déranger ! Je n y reviendrai jamais

Kleines Süßes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Sauber. Das Personal ist Nett und zuvorkommend. Aber eher was für Kurzurlaube. Die Lage ist Top!!!

For the price it was decent. No linen changes for a week! Short walk to the metro but quite a distance from the major sites. It was pretty quiet. There was a vent in the bathroom that let the winter air in, so the bathroom was freezing. Towels were like sandpaper.
