The hotel is very good and in a great location. Walking distance to many places and easy access to public transportation. The view of the baseball stadium is fantastic and the on-sen in premise was A+!!!

Great stay, particularly if you like baseball
Slightly out of the centre, but as a result it was great value - clean, spacious and comfortable with an incredible view of the baseball pitch.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great view of Professional baseball stadium field across the street. Breakfast buffet was OK. Thought a bit pricey vs. other hotels and overall food options and quality.

Not far from a subway station. The staff were eager to assist and friendly. There were events taking place across the street at the baseball stadium and I didn’t hear a sound. I enjoyed the supplied pyjamas. Comfortable bed; a slightly wider single.

Mostly a well-appointed facility for people who love sports. The side of the hotel, opposite of the room I stayed in, offers a magnificient view of the Yakult Sparrows' home stadium! They offer public separate baths (onsens) for men and women. Three baths--cold, hot, jacuzzi. Loved the last two! The 4 rating for cleanliness was due to a coffee stain along the edge of the bedsheet. I spotted it in the morning. The staff was apologetic and fixed the issue after I reserved a second night.

For our first time in Tokyo, this is an amazing place to stay. On the first night that we got in, a baseball game was on, and we could watch the whole thing. It is also right in the middle of Shinjuku and Shibuya so it was ideal for travelling to both areas. However, it is in a less touristy place which we really liked. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

It’s 9 minutes walk to the Gaiemmae station. The facility is quite new and I got a room overlooking the stadium. Unfortunately there was no game that night. You can’t ask too much, can you? The staff were professional and courteous. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, for 2200 yen I enjoyed a balanced, delicious meal. They even got a Jura espresso machine. Great value breakfast! The only complaint I have was there was not much restaurants like Shinjuku and Shibuya, but you do get quiet and safe neighborhood.

A very cool place to stay
My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is perfectly situated on the Olympic grounds and next to the national stadium and baseball stadium where Tokyo swallows play. My room actually had a direct view of the baseball field so it was pretty cool when I got to see several games of some sort of Youth Tournament. The food was really good at the hotel also and having it built in Family Mart was clutch. The neighborhood is really nice and I do recommend it. It felt safe to walk late at night, as is with most places in Japan. We had no trouble walking to different locations but sometimes we would take a taxi due to the Heat. There is a really good ramen place about a 5 or 6 minute walk to the left of the hotel. We ended up eating there about three times over the course of a week. The hotel is also very clean and the staff was nice and pleasant. The rooms are a bit small but that's how it is in Japan . A double room was fine for a couple and a child . I really like this hotel, I would definitely stay here again. 4.5 Stars. Not a perfect score, as the one thing that I dislike were the pillows. I was not a fan of them. It did not occur to me that maybe they had different types of pillows, but maybe they didn't. Next time I'm bringing my own. Great Hotel nonetheless.
