Great staff, broken hotel
When we got there, the room was warm so I turned on the ac. We went to the pool and played for a couple of hours.
When we got back the room was still warm and I called the front desk. They said they would send someone but no one ever came. We slept in a hot room all night. There was also no warm water for our showers or baths.
When I called the front desk they told me to run it for 10 minutes and they would send someone up. They did indeed send someone up, but he said that my room would continue to have barely warm water. When I asked the next morning, they had no knowledge of what was going on.
The hotel staff were friendly and very nice and I understand things break. They comped us a night of our room which I appreciated and they gave us free meals and I would go back because the staff was very friendly however room 555 was not a lucky room.
