Lovely hotel and great perk for early entry to Epic Universe. We had Hotels.com vouchers otherwise I wouldn’t pay the nightly rate as I just didn’t feel this was worth the £500/£600 per night price tag. The hotel was nice, clean but pricey.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Epic Universe. I can’t really fault the hotel, the only thing it doesn’t have is a food court for a quick service meal but other than that, it’s perfect!

Five stars for style, one star for silence

The design? Stunning. The location? Prime for Epic Universe. But the walls? Practically made of tissue paper. You and your kids will get to know your neighbors very intimately. (Let’s just say we all heard the same bedtime story.) If you want to be fully immersed in neighbor’s vacation, this place is for you.

The property was beautiful and the staff were great. The issue I had is for the price, the room should have been bigger. We paid about $800 per night for a 2 queen room and it was sort of small. The distance from the bed to the wall where the TV was- was narrow. We kept having to go 1 at a time through that a space. Toilet paper was rough. The bed was very comfortable and direct and early access to Epic Universe was a plus.

O hotel é muito bonito, praticamente dentro do Epic Universe (o novo parque da Universal) e com a grande vantagem de ser um dos primeiros a entrar com 1h de antecedência antes da abertura para todos. O hotel é principalmente válido, se vc escolher o quarto com vista para o parque. A experiência é incrível e belíssima. Ver o parque do alto tanto de dia como a noite (quando ele fica mais bonito) é muito maravilhoso. O preço é bastante alto e, embora com todas estas vantagens, só investiria se fosse pra ficar com a vista para o parque.

Beautiful new hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. Worth paying for the Park view to see the fountain show at night- great location and so easy to enter the park
