We showed up at the apartment at 10 pm, only to find the dropbox empty. The property took 40 minutes to respond, even though they had seen our messages, and insisted that we send propf rather than coming to resolve the situation. Turns out they screwed up and doublebooked, but we had to prove that to them at 10 pm in a foreign country. Then they sent us to another apartment 10 minutes walk away, but not bothering to explain that the building had teo side entrances. Internet did not work to boot. After an hour someone finally showed up and tried to get us to go back to the original apartment, but we cut our losses and just slept there since we were exhausted. Terrible service, and Orbitz was not too helpful either.
