Our airline had several delays last week which caused us to not be able to check in on time. The hotel kept our money and called it a penalty cost for the entire week that we weren’t able to stay. Hotels.com attempted to reach out and speak to a manager to attempt to get back some funding due to the room being refundable and the associate was denied as well.

Good Hotel
Location is good and easy access to subway. Walking distance from Ginza.
Room size is relatively big considering its location. Neat and cosy with nice view.
Fitness is quite small.
