Do not book this place
Picture of the rooms when booking is different from the room in person. We booked a Queen Suite with Jetted tub.When we asked to get the room on the picture, because the room that we got is ugly and all the electric furnitures are yellowish, they said we should've requested for a tub on the side. As a first time booker, how are we supposed to know? they blamed us for it. I tried asking to change rooms again because they told me to come back at 8am, the lady was rude saying the room that we had is the same as what we booked and it's hotels.com's fault that the pictures are different in-person. They did not even offer anything. We went there and there was a gum on the brochure for breakfast. On our second day, they did a room service and my boyfriend noticed there's a gum in the jetted tub that wasn't there the night before. We found two gums in total during our stay that wasn't even ours.
We were very upset and I couldn't sleep our first night at all. They did not even offer anything and blamed everything on us. The way the front desks speak to their customers is unreal. They raise their voice when we're trying to ask why. I felt helpless as they were trying to point the finger on us that we should've requested for the specific room.

I don't really care so much when staying in a place but this place is so unreal in giving the worst customer service
