We loved our room and it exceeded our expectations. The host Naomi is friendly and very helpful. Our room service including breakfast was fabulous. Will stay here again when we come back to Sorrento.

Our Best experience in Sorrento!
Our stay at this property was Great! Naomi our host was amazing, so helpful and checking everything to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Lisa took good care of us fixing breakfast and always with the best attitude. The hotel with the best location in town. This part of our vacation was better than expected because of this professional, courteous and awesome personnel.

Great Location in Sorrento
Our host Naomi was very responsive and always reachable. The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Sorrento and convenient to one of the big public parking locations since we had a car. The continental breakfast made fresh each morning was good and the cook was quite pleasant. The room was clean and seemed newly updated. Our only issue was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable and the HVAC was loud, but these were not significant enough to keep us from staying here again should we come back.

The property is at a great location and near everything you would want to do in Sorrento. Close to the ferries and also bus station. Staff were nice and accommodating. The place itself is a big apartment and each room is rented by a different party so if you do not like these setting you may want to book a different place. It was also a little noisy because of the same reason you could hear people talk and come and go as it is again one apartment and each room is occupied by a different party. But the location of is property was so central I believe it was worth it

I stayed in this property for 5 days the cleaning lady was excellent . The room was clean , close to the main shopping area to the main square . I just wish they had storage for the lugages we landed early in the morning in Naples went straight to the location of the property we were not able to get the room early and we were not able to store our lugages and we had to run around with them until we got the room at 2 pm. Also the mattress in the bed is very uncomfortable .

My wife and I LOVED our stay in mid October. The location was perfect for us. And the staff was excellent. Lisa was there each morning to provide fresh coffee and breakfast each morning, and she was the sweetest! The executive terrace was just what we wanted!

I’m impressed with everything! The location of this property was perfect! Madam Lisa, who served us breakfast every morning, who friendly, loving and warm. Given that this property does not have a front desk, the property manager was in touch with us over WhatsApp about check-in and check out instructions. The room was clean and spacious. The room was well-lit and had multiple extensions for charging. The room was very nicely decorated and had a beach vibe to it! Very refreshing and welcoming! The balcony was slightly smaller than I expected, but we were not using it as much. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Great location. All rooms are on the same level which is great if you are travelling with a group. Fabulous breakfast served in a common area allows you to meet other travellers.

We had a bad experience at Sersale Suites. While the location and breakfast were good, the cleanliness was a major issue. We noticed blood stains on our sheets and brought it to the hosts attention. After a back and forth he ended up accusing us of having put our own blood on the sheets and complaining about it when it was our fault. It was not only rude but extremely unsanitary. For that reason I would not return to or recommend Sersale Suites.

I spent a week staying at Sersale Suites with two of my sons. It’s a small, well run b&b set on the 5th floor of an apartment block. To say this place is well placed, is a massive understatement. Right outside the building is a store, so if you need anything, it’s across walkway. Once you exit the building, you’re close to the min walkway through Sorrento’s center, making it really easy to get to all the shops and dining. I did all my communications with Francesco via WhatsApp, which was straight forward and simple. I was sent trip ideas and dining suggestions by Francesco, which was a nice addition. We booked the Capri room, which had a corner balcony to relax on, in the morning or evening, but to be honest we spent most of our time out and about the town and surrounding areas. Every morning there’s a fresh breakfast, which can either be Italian or Continental. We tried both options, both were good. Our rooms were impeccably cleaned every day, removing one less thing to worry about. Overall, I’d gladly stay here again for the convenience, location and service.

Private terrace overlooking old city wall, close to grocer, wine store, pharmacy, resturants. Very well appointed spacious room (Capri is only one with private terrace). Exceptional staff, especially breakfast!

Excellent location, walkable to everything in the old city. We stayed in the Capri suite which had a lovely large balcony overlooking the city with distant views of the sea. A wonderful breakfast was prepared by Lisa every morning. She was very friendly and welcoming and kept our suite and the common area spotless. Highly recommend!
