la experiencia no ha sido buena . el hotel no tiene recepcion con lo que te envian un enlace que no recibimos y tuvimos que reclamar. el hotel no esta muy limpio .la ducha no funcionaba bien solo ducha muy muy caliente y con moho .almohadas incomodas.

Terrible experience.
All the web addresses that were given me couldn't connect. 'Error code 404'. All the phone numbers also, 'no answer or unavailable'. Finally, checked in using the confirmation code at the site. The room was nice, but very dirty. Dust on every surface, shower and tub enclosure moldy. Air conditioner remote didn't work at all. Stuck on cooling and would not turn off. The beds were old and the box springs were uneven and made all sorts of noises when lying down. Will never book with this company again,
Unmanned hotel, Aircon: not cold at all!!! Very uncomfortable bed. 1 towel per person for the entire duration of stay. Absolutely the worst in Fukuoka! Don’t stay here. Even the pre check-in page, only available in Japanese. Avoid this property. There’s a lot of nearby hotels that are way better thank Zonk Nakasu!
