Fabulous experience
There are no adequate words to describe this most excellent hotel. All staff are fabulous but the standouts are Dorian in Restaurant Scott Head Bar attendant and Steven at front desk. A most memorable stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Rowan suite. It was absolutely brilliant, room was immaculate and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and even showed us to our room and how to use some of the amenities. Spectacularly located along River Ness, superbly trained, attentive staff and luxurious accommodations deserve only high fives! Subtraction in our view for lack of a harmonious interior decorative design and tired dinner recipes lacking spirit, though all superbly prepared. We felt pampered though not emotionally challenged.

We had a room right next to the reception desk. It was awful. Very noisy. Every time someone went out to smoke or whatever you could hear every conversation. Also the car parking was in front of our window which is gravel so you could hear it every time someone left. I will say the bathrooms and the bar is very nice.
