Strange Hotel with rude staff in middle of nowhere
There are no billboard signs or even a sign that direct you to the hotel. You would be lost completely even if you reached near the hotel & yet you would not find it unless you walk down or drive down a path which has no signs posted for hotel. Even other guests had the same problem trying to find the hotel. The front desk staff called Petra is a really rude woman. I don't think they employ people with any professional training to serve guests in hospitality industry. They probably employ people from surrounding village. They have no clue about professionalism and "can do attitude" to make the guest stay pleasant and comfortable!! She was so rude that she did not even look at me whilst talking to me or in response to my queries. When pointed out, started to give out lame excuses. At 6:15am needed an iron & said I would need to wait till 7:15am for chambermaid to come. I needed to leave hotel by 7:20. There was no empathy or urgency from the woman that guest needs iron urgently! After pointing out that hotel should not advertise itself on UK or USA websites if it can't provide basic amenities!! She did bring iron in few minutes from somewhere but made me feel guilty that she had to bring it from some other guest!! There was no need for that!! I asked where do I iron clothes, on carpet?! In response to which she brought ironing board in other few minutes!! Such a difficult and obstructive woman she was. Breakfast quality was disgraceful. Insect was crawling on table
