We stayed on 2 separate occasions, both in superior rooms. Photos on hotels.com look WAY better than real life. Both our rooms had a window overlooking 3 walls, so we didn't get natural light. It was basically like sleeping in a dark box. Our rooms were clean though but pretty old and dated. Water stains on walls stood out. Showers had hot water that turned luke warm after a few minutes of showering. The bathroom was great because it actually had a tile threshold and glass partition that keeps water from spilling everywhere. Both rooms were pretty quiet, though the room on the lower floor had a fair amount of noise from staff yelling at each other. Complimentary coffee, tea, tea kettle, bottled water and crackers were available daily in the rooms. Buffet breakfast was pretty nice though it was more of a lunch than breakfast. Bottoms up on the coffee!!!
Staff are pretty helpful. The hotel entrance is just a door off a busy street that leads down a narrow, dirty corridor, so you can easily miss this place. Just look above the first floor for the hotel sign when searching for this place.
