Comfy bed, decent shower, good temperature control in the room. TV didn’t work and initially room keycard didn’t either so a bit of work to do on the details. Staff friendly. Location good.

Had a 2 night stay with my Mum and I can't praise the hotel enough! The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish, they hotel is really clean and environmentally aware... and the decor is just stunning! A really relaxing, comfortable bed too. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was reasonably priced for central London! Would happily return and defo recommend!

Hotel is new so clean and well presented. I ended up with a lower ground floor room which wasn’t great especially due to the price of the room which was inflated due to London fashion week being on. Breakfast view was lovely overlooking the church. On arrival was told breakfast was complementary but then they tried to charge me for it on leaving which I disputed and they removed the charge from my bill.

This was our 2nd stay here after we had returned from Spain, they were kind enough to upgrade our room so we could have more space. The staff was very kind and I had ordered room service for the first time and it came quickly and was delicious!

New clean hotel, staff is very friendly. Maybe slightly further out from the main touristy stuff. But all good since the property is located near main transit lines. Very safe also

Lovely hotel, centrally located and helpful staff. Only slight was no complimentary bottles of water in the room, during a heatwave!

What an absolute gem of a hotel! Great location and such a beautiful building. From the minute we walked in the staff were really friendly and attentive and then when we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities. Fab little coffee machine, nice biscuits, great steamer & hairdryer, as well as a lovely, comfortable bed and beautiful shower. We will definitely stay here the next time we stay in London.

TV channels selection was poor. Wi-Fi didn't connect. Kept asking for state and zip code. Good sized room. Huge shower. Comfy pillows. Socket next to bed.

It’s a very pretty and nicely located hotel. The Hilton Group is doing things right. The staff is exceptional. Really outstanding. Yes one expects certain things with the stars but from Anna from front desk

Staff was helpful and warm. The room was not very spacious but the bed was very comfortable

Hotel was new and the lobby, restaurant and breakfast was nice. Rooms were small and only one chair fit in the room which makes no sense for a party of 2. Bed was also small.

Pretty sure we were the first guests to stay in the room that we booked. Kind staff in a new hotel, allowed us to check in after a long flight almost six hours prior to check in so we could grab a good nap!
