Place was not well kept at all. Ceiling coming apart, shower curtain had holes, bed had a big lump towards the bottom. Free breakfast was a joke. Only had toast, waffles( which were made for me and not fully cooked) and water and coffee to drink. At least room was somewhat clean with no bugs, and the staff was pleasant. Would not recommend.

It was cheap. The bed was clean. The water pressure was good. The shower was hot. The TV sucked. They use some kind of streaming service and it keeps stopping every chance. I was hoping for the continental breakfast to be outstanding and it was some guy sitting there with boiled eggs, hashbrowns, and bread for you to toast. There was coffee. I didn’t see any juice. No cereal, no granola no yogurt no fruit no meat. Just boiled eggs and home fries. No ketchup, no jelly. But he was a really nice guy. If you’re looking for a cheap bed, that’s the place.

There was no shampoo in the room and only two towels. Also, the cable TV kept freezing up. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was quiet, so I slept well. Breakfast was, at best, sub-continental. It was literally hard-cooked eggs, underdone home fries, white toast and coffee. And you didn't serve yourself, they had someone behind the counter. It served it's purpose as a place to crash for the night, but just barely.

Negatives: Front desk women were unpleasant and not guest friendly. The listing prominently shows a lounge and bar- but that is long defunct. The unappetizing breakfast was de-shelled hard boiled eggs, fried potato chunks, and white bread. No milk or juice, but there was a pitcher of ice water! There was coffee behind a barricade that was rationed. The same man who serviced the food also later in the day came to my room to snake out my clogged sink. The toilet seat was loose and off-set; it could be re-positioned, but could not be tightened to fix. The room had an off-putting smell; as did the mattress or the pads in certain areas. The wifi is terrible! And frequently would be out for hours not able to maintain a connection. Similarly, the dish tv connection was terrible and would continually freeze. The bath had a low-flow showerhead and very weak water pressure. The hot water could be turned up to the max without needing to add cold to it as it really wasn't that hot. Positives: The room had a small refrigerator and microwave; and the a/c and heater worked well.

The Front Desk staff was nice. Room was old and worn. Halls smelled of marijuana in a non smoking hotel. Bathroom was not clean. Bed was comfy and cable was spotty. The parking lot was terrible, full of potholes, garbage laying around. The ‘free’ breakfast…don’t even bother.

One the worst places I have stayed. It did not even have a sign board to recognize. Listed address takes you to a cross section of roads and no signs to identify made it difficult to find the place. Half the lights in the room were not working. Parking lot full of potholes. Everything looks dirty or broken. Staff were helpful though.

When we first saw the property...it looked abandoned and the road in needs serious attention. It was once a Ramada and is now a property in transition. The front desk was very helpful & friendly. The bed was pillow top & quite comfortable. No hand towels, kleenex or shampoo. Excellent price. It was well worth what we paid. I would stay here again, Lots of parking. Only 5 miles away from Wolf Rd restaurants (Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse etc). No coffee makers in room and have to wait until 7am when breakfast opens.

Its basically a pass over lay-way before you cross into hell. The best feature was a bed so you could sleep for the night. Even tho the walls are paper thin and you can hear all the ghosts and gouls, at least u can get 3 hours of sleep. Hopefully you wont need wifi, it barely works. Hallelujah, despite the massive pot holes outside, the pealing wall paper, cracked outlets, busted doors, one single outlet in the room thats usable, oh and the best ever breakfast that a starving Ethiopian child could ever want!
