Hotel lindo, acomodação excelente, quarto grande, cama gigante e confortável, chuveiro ótimo, td muito limpo, funcionários educados, café da manhã básico, pão com queijo, café e frutas… mas está ótimo pelo valor que pagamos ficamos muito satisfeitos, precisamos pegar o uber e veio bem rápido. The shower wasn't properly cleaned. The shower head holder is lose as is the soap holder. There are two nightstands in the room, but strangely, neither of them have lamps, nor does the desk. The room, the bed linen, and the bath towels all had same dank, u fresh odor. The top sheet on the bed was tattered. It has definitely seen its last days and should no longer be used. I asked for a blanket because there wasn't one. I did get it and it had the same unpleasant smell. I also asked for extra pillows but was told that no extra pillows were available. The continental breakfast was an excercise in organized chaos. How about hiring an actual cook and not the front desk workers to prepare meals. That entire operation appeared to be so unprofessional and disjointed. I won't stay here again. The high reviews, in my opinion, are extremely misleading!

The customer service, especially at the front desk, was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast service was very good with great food and excellent coffee. However, the room lacked some basic services. The safety lockbox was not in usable condition, so I was unable to securely lock my belongings, which was my main concern. In addition, a couple of the shower faucets needed repairs, and there were not enough workable electrical outlets. A shuttle service to the beach in the future would be greatly appreciated and would be very helpful for guests. Overall, a pleasant stay due to the staff and breakfast, but the room maintenance needs improvement.

Some of the Staf seems to not have any motivation to work at there… price is very affordable and you get what you’re paying for while I was staying there with My Family. I felt a little bit of insecurity because the doors dont have a strong lock. I have to Travel with most of my belongings. Every day. I was outside the hotel. The hotel Service breakfast in the morning if can be called breakfast. If you’re looking to save money and you don’t care about Comfort, This Is, the place to crash and night or two

El hotel es muy bueno para aquellas personas que pasan el día fuera del hotel conociendo lugares. La habitación limpia, espaciosa, el aire acondicionado funciona bien, el personal es amable. Solo. Foi a pior experiência que tive nos últimos tempos. Hotel com 4 andares e sem elevador. Tínhamos reserva para um quarto com 3 pessoa e não tinha toalha e travesseiro para 3 pessoas. De manhã cedo faltou luz, água e internet e ninguém sabia dizer quando voltava. O quarto tinha o ar condicionado pingava muito dentro e chegou a alagar o mesmo e tivemos q usar uma toalha.

The room was spotless, very clean, the staff was very friendly and they are available 24/7. So far the best staff that I’ve ever experienced. Shoutout to Sus the reception manager who welcomed me open arms and gave me a lot of tips during my trips and also Yisenia she gives top notch service, gives good treatment and respect the customer. I will definitely come back at Hotel El Imperio when I come back in Punta Cana !!!
