We loved our stay! The staff was very welcoming, helped with attraction information, and made sure we had everything we needed! The location was great as well! We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go and the food options right outside our door were wonderful! An excellent place to stay while in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The property is centrally located, is clean and well appointed, has a great breakfast (included), an outstanding Spa, and a group of staff second to none. They are there for you from start to finish, with information, “street smarts” advice, bookings, advice.. you name it, they did it, and with a smile. Again, a great place to stay, with excellent prices too. You can’t go wrong.
