Good location for discovering central London with amenities close by. The family room was really small, so make sure you understand the size when booking. It was fine for a base, but not a room to easily socialize in. Unfortunately the TVs were really glitchy which frustrated the kids. Beds mediocre comfort, but everything was clean and the shower was great.

Great stay! Great location! It was very convenient to be able to leave our bags early before we checked in and even have we checked out for free! Staff was very friendly! Stayed in the no window room which is pretty small but all the amenities are brand new and honestly perfect for our stay! Will 100% stay again in the future!

The room and hotel overall was very clean and modern , we had a room with no window which was fine but the AC wouldn’t work properly and I went down to reception twice about it and both times were promised someone would go look at it which wasn’t done as the room has no windows and it was so small it got very warm and uncomfortable The bathroom door didn’t close properly and was extremely see through so there was no privacy when going to the toilet and the television signal was awful If these few minor things weren’t a thing then I’d love to stay in Z hotel again
