“Great Stay with a Few Drawbacks
I stayed at the hotel for three days with my family and had an overall great experience. The staff were welcoming, and some of our rooms were upgraded, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is beautiful, with clean, stylish rooms and comfortable beds, though the pillows were disappointing and caused neck pain. The spa facilities were excellent, but far too expensive, especially compared to prices in Denmark. While I enjoyed my stay, the cost of the spa made it feel like they were taking advantage of tourists, which was disappointing.

The ambience made you feel you were in a medieval setting rather than a modern resort. Excellent dining choices with outdoor live music, both American pop and Middle Eastern. Private Dead Sea area for swimming and best mud bath and spa experience I’ve ever had. Setbacks were room wasn’t ready in late afternoon which delayed our enjoyment of the resort. Room with ocean view was average with balcony door and screen tattered and worn. Needs attention. Staff were plentiful and gracious.

We love this hotel, especially the sandy pool and the connected family room. The staff were generally nice and helpful. However, the hotel was quite crowded with large Jordanian groups. This was particularly noticeable at breakfast, where the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed. Additionally, some staff appeared to be more attentive toward female guests.
