Room was clean but bathroom was quite dated. Looked like a bathroom in a hospital. The front desk staff was so friendly and kind. The breakfast has a large variety of foods and good coffee.

hotel was nice. but hotel restaurant was very bad service and we got the wrong thing that we had to pay for something they did wrong. ordered wine with food we got wine after we finished eating because they couldn't find the wine we were supposed to have.

Old rooms. Smelly. Very laoud. Reception coan not care less. I ask for room far from elevator she assign beside elevator wall. After she changed it was with the view over parking with a lot of noise. Tileta by the lobby dirty, noone cleaned them after guests. Very bad stay.

Not a good experience

We needed to change room due to the ugly smell from sewers. In addition, the toilet seat had not been cleaned properly. Lack of air conditioning caused inconvenience. The brutal noise from the street all night long, until 6 a.m. really disturbed sleeping. The breakfast was not satisfying. The selection was restricted. Price-quality relationship was really poor. The hotel was the most expensive of the five hotels during our journey and clearly the worst quality. The hotel does not respect the brand of Radisson Blu.

I thought the towels and pillows need replacing. They are old. The shower curtain too. Although water is drinkable in Denmark (no need of bottled water) they should have water fountains in each floor hallway. The room had no complementary water so I found myself after arriving late at night without water in my room. Yes, there was the expensive water from the mini bar but I don't spend ,money in mini bars. ALL hotels have complementary water. I am not referring to cheap hotels, but hotel of this quality (business rooms) usually have complementary water in the room. You have slippers & bathrobe, you should have complementary water. Please do not tell your clients that the water in Denmark is drinkable and to drink water from the bathroom, which is what reception told me to do. I didn't find it very hygienic. One good thing about the room was the dark curtains because it gets bright early...

Centralt beliggende hotel. Godt personale.

Venligt og hjælpsom personale. God udsigt fra vores hotelværelse. Det var et irritationsmoment at der var en stor gruppe tyske busturister/pensionister der ved de 2 morgenbuffeter vi havde fuldstændig overfyldte morgenmadsområdet. Der burde enten være delt op i 2 så der også var plads til andre rejsende/turister, alternativt at de havde et rum for sig selv. Men alt i alt et fint ophold grundet beliggenheden og et meget hjælpsom og sødt personale.

Serviceminded hotel

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning. Ind og udtjekning gik nemt. Super sødt og serviceminded personale i receptionen. Dejligt værelse. Morgenmaden var fin, måske lidt til den kedelige side. Savnede en god kop kaffe.
