The front desk clerks were great. The biggest problem was with housekeeping. Dirty linens were left behind. My husband returned them to a nearby attendant. There was a stained, or used, hand towel put in with the clean towels, the floor had trash on it, and the bathroom trash had not been emptied. We later noticed that we didn’t have a bath mat and only had 2 towels total. We had already unpacked when we noticed all of these issues and didn’t want to move rooms. We decided not to let the front desk know right away because we were worried that they would send housekeeping. The ones that made all the mistakes. We checked the bed to determine if it was changed. It looked changed, so we stayed.
We left a day early and let the front desk staff know about all of the issues. She said that she would make note of it for the manager to contact us. No one from the hotel has contacted us to date and no discount was offered. We were very disappointed with the overall situation. We stayed at a total of 4 hotels during our trip. Three of them were owned by Hilton. All of the others were excellent, not this one.
