I booked 10 days hotel stay, confirmed by hotels.com app, paid the first 5 days and rhe next 5 days was "pay at the hotel" scheme, but hotel cancelled my 2nd 4 days because they have to prioritizesome guests who extended their stay. This is the first time in so many years since I used this app that i ever experienced cancelled reservation.
This is very rude, and without any prior notification. Very inconvenient as well to look for another hotel to stay for the next 5 days, while you need to pack and check out.
