Such a well equipped room and very clean. The staff were outstanding - always happy to help, going above and beyond for any requests we had. Beautiful views from every room. Would highly recommend it.

Incredible stay. We felt so welcomed by the staff from the second we stepped in to the property. They communicated so efficiently with us via WhatsApp and couldn’t have done enough to make our stay amazing. The finishing touches in the rooms such as fresh coffee and utensils every day and blankets added all the more to the fantastic experience. Really clean hotel, made to feel very welcome at reception. Everything was explained. Room was large clean and fresh. Breakfast Buffet was excellent again with a very helpful lady. Have to say this is a truly wonderful hotel.

Difficult to fault - lovely hotel at a very reasonable price in an ideal location. Great breakfast. Highly recommended all round. Hadn't reserved a parking place and there were none available on arrival. Found a street place which appeared to be legal at weekends after 1800 Friday but still got a ticket!

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights at the end of December and enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned every day and the location is great as well. The free shuttle bus to the ski resort Axamer Lizum departs every 30 min just outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the Austrian cuisine was great too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an amazing time, everything was perfect - from the room, the swimming pool, the food, the staff. Everything was very clean and every detail was thought through. Can’t wait to go there again

Reasonable priced, excellent location & cleanliness

We went to Innsbruck to sample the Christmas markets and we could not have picked a hotel in a better situation. We opted for a de luxe room and were given one on the top floor with a balcony, so we had views (somewhat obstructed by other buildings) of the mountains on three sides. The staff were very polite and helpful and were always very keen to please, the hotel does not have kettles in the rooms, we asked for one and it duly arrived. Great stay place was clean and friendly

The hotel is literally across the road from main train station which is excellent when you arrive tired. The staff speak excellent English. My room was clean, comfy and had air-conditioning. It was also very quiet - you are right next to the train station but you can't hear it. It is a very short walk to the old city and places to eat and drink (Crocodile Pizza and the Stiftskeller are my personal recommendations).

A fantastic hotel with great service and facilities and in the heart of the Zillital Valley.
