Away from it all, the best night sleep I had in years. Lovely rural and authentic Swedish private eco-hotel in the woods by the lakes, with a great history, the owners reinvented it with sustainability-focused ethos. You can hire a boat to enjoy fishing on the lakes, or go hiking along the Wilderness trail around the property in pine woods, which was magical.

Very clean, right in the center of the island with helpful staff. We came for one night and decided to stay another.

Lovely building, lovely staff and nice set-up for breakfast. The extra room upstairs with pool table and kitchen area was a bonus, plus free usage of bikes. Perfect to explore the local area.

A very cozy and nice place which gives you very good value for money. The rooms are clean and nice, albeit a bit dated but not bad at all. The breakfast is really good. The whole place is lifted up by the excellent receptionist who is very helpful, always with a smile on her face and who goes that extra mile in all that she does.
