"The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort. "

"The staff were professional thoughtful And went out of their way to support me whilst at the hotel. The hotel was clean and just about the right walking distance from the sooks So quiet and peaceful inside I also had a hammam and massage which was also wonderful. The hotel managers day and night were Fantastic I would definitely come back again"

"Most beautiful place in Marrakech! We visited Royal Mansour which is supposedly a higher end than Oberoi. Oberoi was by far better than Royal Mansour based on staff and the grounds. The staff was so wonderful at Oberoi. Our vacation in Marrakech was perfect due to our stay at this hotel. "

"The place is a hidden gem. It was beautiful! The staff was very kind and phenomenal and always went the extra mile. The food was delicious! Although I didn’t take advantage of their offerings, they have an onsite cooking class and can get you scheduled for tours and activities. I did utilize their ride service…ordering transportation that was safe, affordable, and fast. The rooms were very clean. I was treated like family, like royalty. The area is very safe and walkable. The food vendors and surrounding areas are safe to dine and shop at any time."
