"Manny was really amazing and made our week so special. We arrived to a room that was not up to standard and he stepped in to help us. Not only did he get us a better room but he worked hard all week to make sure we had the best time. He checked in daily, made reservations for cabanas and restaurants and even bowling for us. If it weren’t for Manny, our week would have been not the same. He’s the best!"

"Gave it 4 stars only because when I checked into my room in the fridge it was not stocked and there was 2 drinks that were open. The hotel overall was good, good food and great entertainment. The pools and service was great. The beach would of been better if the water was not so choppy and if there was not so many vendors close to the hotel "
