"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and truly defined the meaning of good hospitality. Breakfast had a variety of options and the staff tried their best to serve everyone even during peak busy times. I dock one star for service at dinner hours. I checked out Kari Theory one night and was seated outdoors. I waited over 15 minutes and not a single server came by to provide a menu or greet us. We noticed staff continously standing indoors and looking at the customers seated indoors. We ended up leaving and informed the hostess about the situation to which she did not take note or try to resolve the issue. I did notice a similar situation happen to someone else during the afternoon at the bakery/ cafe where they waited a long time and did not receive service. Otherwise, the in-room dining service was great. Food portions were generous and tasted good. The ambiance of this hotel itself was oozing luxury. The spa located downstairs was a perfect touch! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay near the airport. "

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from all the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and genuine hospitality that made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the ocean. However, the bathroom could use a little more attention to maintenance — for example, the shower and toilet doors could close more smoothly, and the blinds could be dusted more regularly. The highlight of our stay was without doubt the restaurant. The food selection and quality were exceptional, and the service was attentive and personal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return."

"Very friendly staff, the receptionist Richa was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout and front desk was very responsible and prompt when I had questions regarding the area. They also provide laundry and ironing service and i was able to get them done same day. Sayan who brought food up to my room when i requested food service was very personable and quicky with service."
