"All of above stood out. The room was spotless staff amazingly friendly and happy to assist in every way, but the best part is the on premises hot mineral pools Nothing beats submerging in 40 degree hot volcanic pools that remove all the stresses of travel"
"The room was clean, Smelt good once we walked in. It had no faulty electrical switches. Amazing staff, really considerate although the shower head was a tiny bit broken and on full blast would spray out the side and hit the floor it was no issue to just simply turn down the pressure. All in all an excellent experience."
