we were not provided any room at the Ooty Global Village as they informed all the rooms was full already and we had to travel 100 km at night with my family 2year and 7 year old kids. since no rooms was available at that time . all because we believed that confirmed booking of Hotels.com with full payment already made, thought we will have a place to stay. even after complaining and contacting neither provided an alternate stay nor returned the amount paid Rs. 8024( such a high price for one night) PURE CHEATING

The hotel didn't have information about our booking and didnot provide the accommodation. One doesn't get the booked accommodation during the vacation imagine the fate of their vacation. I don't recommend both expedia as well as global village ooty to any one
