The most irritating was the Hoarse noise made by owner of the hotel for My booking. He actually Kept on shouting on the website who booked my stay. He actually wanted to deny my booking But the website people forced him to allow me to stay on my booking,I must thank hotels.com for that. They fight for their customers with greedy unprofessional hotel owners.i was given a tiny room which was for hotel staff with no Hot water in December, no towel No tv remote no shampoo no conditioner No water bottle. Phone was there but without receiver.i after asking many times they gave me towels and a water bottle. No menu in the room, no breakfast were provided until 10.30 which I paid extra

Dirty and unclean hotel
1- the hotel floors were in dirty condition.
2- need to wait for 1 hour to get check in as room was not cleaned.
3- things provided in hotel room were very bad, like the towel looks like 20 years old, no tissue papers etc.
4- each floor soiled plates and food was lying outside rooms.
5- the kitchen area was so ditry, one cant stand there for even a minute.

Worst hotel. The beds were very dirty with all stains and the sheets and rajai covers were awful. It was not usable at all. The TV and phone were not working. The walls of the room were on pathetic condition. Since we reached the hotel at 10:30pm, we could not look for alternate accommodation. I would never recommend anyone this hotel at all. Hope Expedia takes appropriate action.
