The hotel was top notch clean and no bed bugs . Really loverly staff went out of thier way to do everything they could to help. The bed was the most uncomfortable i have ever slept in and i usually love hard beds. Not thier fault personal preference on me.

Location is really great. Literally 2-3 minutes from the station and across the river so it's not noisy despite being right next to Akihabara. Also lots of transport options available with the JR station as well as stations on the JR Shinjuku line meaning you can go west very easily too. Staff were were friendly and helpful and could speak English too.

Hotel Resol was a great option for us as we stayed for 3 nights and it’s right next to Akihabara station and shopping areas. The room was a great size and had our towels freshened each day. Staff were friendly and had lots of amenities available. There is a restaurant attached next door, we did not eat there but looked very good and offer breakfast service in the morning. Very easy to check in and out, clean area and being close to a station was a big win.
