I agree with all the previous comments that the bed tends to be too soft. I was exhausted every night therefore I did not have problem with that.
Hotel did not give proper instructions on how to check in. It took me some time to figure it out at the entrance. There was indeed a notice but it was placed inside the lobby so people could not see that from the outside.
The room got issues like the amenities being missing or used up at check-in time. The staff was friendly and helpful though. Internet was super slow when compared with the softbank 4G network.
The dryer machine mysteriously failed every night but worked perfectly in the morning.
Location is good for driving as it is rather near the American Village, Aeon Rycom, and still OK to go to the new Parco City.
Overall it is a nice place to stay if you are driving and expecting to feel like you are actually living in Japan. I will consider to return given the room rate is reasonable.
