Abbasbhai was very nice ,friendly and cordial. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist needs more training and more customer service with a smile. India is a great country to visit, unfortunately the work ethics hasn't changed since my last visit 20 years ago. Everyone likes to tell others how to do their jobs and the job never gets done, but only passed on to the next person in line.

Checking in not very good, slow and staff were rude.
