10/10 Exceptional

The Beds were really comfortable the room was lovely
Wendy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was a most enjoyable stay. There was a problem I reported it, it was sorted straight away, an apologise was given to me, what else can I ask for.
Kenroy, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Excellent for a one night stay

Clean and comfortable room, walking distance from the train station and High Street. It was only a one night stay and it fulfilled its purpose easily. The bathroom had a very good shower and basin. Suitable parking and wifi. The only negative was that there was only towels for one person and two of us were staying the night.
Lina, 1-night trip

Nice hotel, helpful staff

Nice hotel, good location. Very helpful staff. 10 mins to town, 30 to Wimbledon tennis.
GLEN, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Spacious clean rooms

Good location for Wimbledon. Good for a couple of nights stay. Very little interaction with staff, although it was not needed. Room was spacious.
George, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

We could park all day to attend the Wimbledon championships no problems at all. Room clean but could do with refurbishing. Would call it a guesthouse not a hotel but very good all the same
Jane, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Poor hotel

Took nearly 40 minutes to get into the hotel, despite online and confirmation confirming that check in was open until 8pm (I arrived at 6pm) In the end the manager got a resident to let me in and pass me my key. Extremely poor Then hurried out of my room just after 10:30am despite check out not being until 11am! Little things, however they add up
Jamie, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

No one around to check in. Wet towels left on the bed. Only 1 towel left for a double room. Wouldn't recommend the service. All in all poor
Diana, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Tired and Old

Disappointed with room which had a musty smell and had not been cleaned properly. ( very dusty ) Also loose tap fitting. Basically the room I stayed in was tired and needed refurbishing.
David, 1-night trip

Nice stay

Very pleasant room with nice shower room and comfortable bed.
Matthew, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The location was good and a short stroll to shops, bars etc. The area feels safe and is residential. No parking space in car park when we arrived. Rang the bell several times and then had to phone a number to be remotely let in . The room was very dated and in need of some TLC. We slept ok and the bed was comfy enough. The shower trickled and was cold even after letting it run for a good few minutes. It was more like a 1970s bed and breakfast than the elegant boutique hotel it was described as. We had expected it to be better than it was.
Catherine, 1-night trip

Highly recommend very nice staff room very nice and cosy
Teresa, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Bonus parking

Was a very convenient location with parking which was a bonus. Room was clean and adequate.
Lesley, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible uncomfortable bed, broken toilet seat and a noisy dripping shower all night. Not recommended at all.
Ana, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good location
Des, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very nice, cozy and comfortable hotel just minutes from major area of Wimbledon: stores, cafes, pubs
Petr, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

It is too noisy because the property is located on a bus running road.Or in the other way you may say it is convienence to access.
David, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was alright I would probably come back

Poorly run Hotel

Nobody on reception at check in, had to wait until the cleaner heard the front door to get in, No staff there at all Breakfast advertised but nobody there to cook it Broken toilet seat, shower held together with duct tape Nobody there at check out Not an executive room, a very old very small wooden table and chair, pillows that hard could hardly sleep.
David, 1-night trip
