Great hotel!
The location is great, and the facilities are excellent. Since I was on a business trip, I needed to use my laptop, and it was very convenient to do so here. The breakfast was also excellent. I really appreciated that the hotel had a fitness center as well. This hotel is outstanding for its price. Jenny and Thomas were very kind and helpful in many ways. I would like to commend them.
When I called a taxi, it was pouring rain. Since they lent me an umbrella, I had no problem going out. On the way to the airport, they even held an umbrella over me while I got into the taxi, so I didn’t get wet at all. This is truly a wonderful hotel. I plan to stay here again when I visit Hanoi next time.
There was a sewer odor in the bathroom, but they changed my room. In some rooms, the sewer smell can be quite strong. Also, there was a lot of dust in the bathroom ceiling vent—I hope they replace it.
Despite these drawbacks, I would still give this hotel a perfect 100 points. I support their efforts to become an even better hotel.
