Nice hotel
Stayed here for two nights at the end of our trip. Property was modern and clean, located in a quiet spot. There's not a lot around however was close to the Asakusa station and is a short walk to the temple area. The room and bathroom was spacious and well laid out. There's two coin laundry machine but no laundry channel so getting the timing right for an available machine was tricky. In terms of location it's not as convenient for getting around Tokyo, however was good for getting to Narita airport.

10/10 Exceptional

Simple stay
We stayed here for 3 nights and spent most of our time outside of the hotel. As a first time visitor to Tokyo, I felt great staying in Asakusa, and especially at this hotel because it was so close to transit. I loved how soundproof everything was and how it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Despite being in a quiet neighborhood, it was 5 minutes away from tourist attractions and a plethora of restaurant options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to others. The only con is how small the room was, but this is not unique to Hotel Gracery Asakusa. We had to be creative with how we go through our luggage and where we place our things, and we made it work so it ended up being fine, knowing this would be an issue at most hotel rooms in Tokyo

6/10 Good

50/50
Hotel is in a great location, rooms are very small, double bed pushed against a wall, difficult if need to to the bathroom during the night. 2 people 2 suitcases and we were falling over each other. Mattress and pillows need to be upgraded, lumpy and uncomfortable . Breakfast was included, buffet style, all the “hot” items were cold, n it enjoyable. Front desk very helpful with information, especially about getting to the airport.

We loved our stay here! Was brilliant! The only thing is that the hotel does not have a baby cot. Just beware if you are travelling with a baby!

2/10 Poor

Not the place to stay
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The overall quality of the accommodation did not meet my expectations, and I encountered several issues that impacted my comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, I found that the staff were not as friendly or helpful as I had hoped, which further detracted from my experience. I believe that these issues are important to address to ensure a better experience for future guests. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving the service and hospitality at your hotel.

Clean room, good layout that allowed us to open both our check-in luggages with a little bit of room to move around. Good location close to Asakusa Station and not far from main areas like Hoppy St and Kippabashi.

My favorite hotel in Tokyo!
This hotel is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean and the hotel has great amenities. I loved how spacious the bathroom area was. It’s in a fantastic location to reach the train lines to head wherever you want to go! Walking distance from a beautiful temple too.

8/10 Very good

Very conveinent for the Asakusa area, Sensoji in particular,Sky tree and Asakusa station (which made a trip to Nikko that much easier). Quite a treck to Euno for further afield day trips. Many restaurants and cafes locally, but not an on site one, however many conveinent stores locally that supply excellent meals either cold or micro wave ones that can be heated up in the hotels microwave cooker--making eating VERY cheap if you were on a tight budget. The staff seemed very helpful but sometimes unable to fulfill requests i.e. wasking of clothes due to stafing issues though there are washing machines availlable. In all a safe relatively quite and affordable hotel without lots of frills. Ideal for backpakers etc.

Very nice hotel close to a train station which could take you directly to and from Haneda Airport on the Asakusa line. Very convenient as there are coffee shops and stores around the area yet the hotel is quiet at all times. Clean rooms and breakfast was delicious!

It was a very quiet and comfortable hotel with everything I needed for my 2-night stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was convenient for the metro, the river, and Asakusa shrines. I would happily come back
