Great size room No remote for tv during my stay had to request and waited a few days. Other than that I would stay again it’s my second time staying there

Strengths: The hotel has an amazing location on the island!! It is close to the best beach on the island and adjacent to the local bus, banks, and a supermarket. Consistent Wifi. Decent rooms with a TV (with multiple channels) and a bathroom with lots of towels. Perhaps what I appreciate the most however is the management staff and how understanding they were with unforeseen American Airlines forced changes in our flight, which had us leave the island before we were originally planned to leave. As a result we were not able to stay 3 additional nights as we had booked. Management expressed concern for us and how we were getting back to the States over money they could have gotten for the extra 3 nights. When a hotel cares more about their customers than people, I'd say that is a top notch upstanding place I'd stay again every time!

Would not book again!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I pre- booked two rooms 3 weeks in advance for my family and I to overnight in however when calling the hotel two days before the scheduled booking just to confirm everything was ok i was told due to the hotel being fully booked they would not be able to

Great stay great holiday lovely location.... Yes a bit of traffic noise, goats, cockle doodle do's and music near by...but hey its Grenada, yes the water pressure is a bit up and down!!...However cross the road and your onto a fabulous beach...friendly people to meet your own little piece of paradise!!!.

Staff went above and beyond. The one downside is the noise in the evenings from main road.

Very convienient to everthing. Restaurants, beach, buses etc. Very busy street to cross. Can be a little noisy. Great staff, pool and outdoor kitchen. Bonus is a toaster in the room!

Good location with a short walk to the Anse beach. Nice little swimming pool. Rooms are basic and need some refreshing. Fair value for the money.

Not impressed!

The location information on hotel.com very cleverly covers up the fact that the hotel is right on a very busy road. The ‘sea view’ balconies have this busy road right underneath them. The noise from all the cars is horrible, with car horns sounding from morning to evening. You can just see the sea in the distance. We were too early for check-in so we left our bags with the receptionist who assured us that there would be someone on reception at all times to look after them. When we came back a few hours later there was no one on reception, and we had to ring a bell. Anyone could quite easily have walked in and stolen all our belongings. The plug hole in our shower was so disgustingly filthy that we felt ill if we accidentally looked down at it. The shower water pressure was rubbish and the shower sometimes didn’t have hot water, and frequently just stopped! Rooms are cleaned, beds made and new towels only every two days. Staff were always very friendly!
