For only one night, the staff here were friendly and accommodating. They made check in’s and check out’s easy and quick. The room was in a good location next to the elevator and the walk to the train station was in short time. The view was also amazing as well, would come back here again for my stay in Matsue

This was our second stay at a Toyoko property in Japan. Rooms were super clean, great amenities from laundry machines to baggage storage and just a short walk to the train station. The best part was the wonderful Japanese breakfast! Lots of variety and very yummy food to fuel up for a day of sightseeing in Matsue. A very comfortable stay.

Excellent location near station and many restaurants. There did not seem to be provision for separation of recyclables from general refuse within the hotel. The practice of using disposable cutlery and cups at breakfast is wasteful. A lot of plastic.

I made my reservation 2 months in advance. It would have been good if i was informed that the hotel was under construction. When we got there, i asked the desk to change the location to our room because of street traffic. However, the desk clerk would even consider it. The breakfast area is small and they line up the tables like a classroom. The breakfast was just ok. Thankfully, the room was clean and we loved the fact that it's really close to the JR station.

出張ついでの松江観光で利用しました。寝るだけだからとお安いプランで利用させていただいたので、贅沢を言うつもりはないですが、普通はあるホテルの利用案内が部屋になくて、Wi-Fiにもつなげられませんでした。 あと、重低音の響く音が発せられていて（起きている時はさほど気にならなかったのですが）、寝る時にすごい響いているのが気になりなかなか寝られず、エアコンを消してみたり、浴室の換気扇を消したりしても解消されなかったのですが、ブレーカーの横の白いボックス（何かわかりませんが）からだとようやくわかり、就寝中だけOFFにさせてもらいました。（帰ってから、このボックスが何か友人に聞こうと思って撮影した写真ですが、この左側のです。 ずいぶん前に同じグループのホテルを利用した時、支配人も女性のきめ細やかなサービスを売りにしているという話を聞いたことがありましたが、人手不足の今の時代、チェックインもセルフですし、仕方ないのかなぁと思いますが、アメニティの説明も館内の説明もなく、味気ないなぁと思いました。 お部屋は清潔で良かったです。
