We stayed here for one night. It was a good stay, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. However, our view was of an abandoned property and junkyard-like area, which didn’t give us a good feeling about our stay in this downtown area. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options and pastries, plus we ordered an Armenian omelet, which was included. I recommend staying in this hotel overall.

Staff wouldn’t accommodate when i needed to downgrade my room for business expenses purposes. Good location. Lovely view from the breakfast restaurant. Super nice that they lend out umbrellas. Nice redo on an old soviet building, ALL staff need to be more customer oriented. Cleaning staff were great. Surprisingly the Robert Cavalli Shampoo/conditioner/soap was especially top notch.

I stayed at this hotel years ago and I can see the difference service was much better food was much better hotel stuff was more attentive when gave us a room I told them it’s very small specially bathroom and they told they will inform management and will get back to me which never happened.
