This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property, as advertised. I feel deceived. The elevator starts on the second floor, and it’s not wheelchair accessible, so be aware. The lobby is a joke – just an atrium with nothing else. For a hotel to be considered 4 stars, it should have 24/7 service.
In the room, there’s no closet, no phone, nothing at all. There isn’t even a full-length mirror – just a small one in the bathroom. Any hotel that uses an Ikea dining table as a desk, coffee table, and whatever else you need, simply doesn’t meet expectations.
The air conditioning never turned on, and if it’s cold outside, you better layer up because it gets chilly inside the room. If you get hot, you can open the window, but be prepared for street noise.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 2.5 stars at most. I didn’t have a terrible stay, but I definitely felt misled about what was promised.
