I checked in, I was given a room and there was already guests in that room, when I went to the front desk to tell the person he said really and asked me what room it was and then he said oh ok this is your room number-no apology! went to dinner came back and stopped at the front desk and there was someone there complaining that there was no hot water and the front desk person said maintenance is working on it. I was there because I needed wash cloths, there were none in room when I checked in, so I asked if I can have two washcloths and she said I don’t have washcloths but I have towels so I said don’t need towels. and she said I can have someone bring them up to you tomorrow morning, said OK. well never got the wash cloths, and showered with cold water, still no hot water the next morning. When I checked out that morning, went to the front desk said I was checking out , I was asked my room number and he said ok your Checked out, no thank you for staying with us, come again, how was your stay-I did let him know there was still no hot water and he said oh I thought maintenance fixed it— Unbelievable!!!!
