The propriety does not look the same as it is in the pics. The rooms and amenities are outdated. I was planning to checkout early and move elsewhere. The only thing that stopped me from doing that was their good staff.

When i called treebo customer care for early check in and they said they will provide if the rooms are available without any charges. But, at check in, they took 500 and also did not mention the charges as early check in charges when giving the bill.. Very disappointing.

Well located Hotel.
I had a bad experience with check in, may be due to a goof up in communication between Expedia and Treebo. However, the hotel staff were courteous and the problem was solved.

The Hotel manager is smarter than necessary.
Its a good location. Not very far from Secunderabad station, right on the main SP road. The room condition is ok. The linen is clean. There is scope for improvement: Only towel was provided between two people. The basin pipe is leaking During the day it can get noisy from the main Street traffic. The worst part of the property is the attitude of the manager. I had an argument with him. I was sitting at the reception, having arrived early, waiting for a room to be alloted. There are mosquitoes at the reception so I folded my legs and sat. He tells me don't sit like that. I told him about the mosquito problem. Instead of taking care of the problem he tells me in the monsoon season mosquitoes are going to be around as if I should be the one to get used to it. Then in the middle of the argument he says I should have looked at the hotel check-in times before planning my arrival. The man is not in the right mind to be doing this job.

Nice hotel and central location at Secunderabad
Except for the early hiccups like phone connections, which was sorted out later, had a comfortable stay. Good breakfast, and comfort for the amount I paid. Staff was also very friendly. I recommend this hotel.

nothing to complaint except for the phone facility-land line. the hotel thinks everyone carry mobile. but at times a person arriving from abroad, will not have the activation of the mobile, which may take a day to get the local sim etc. with several request, the hotel people provide the land line facility

Great stay. WiFi should be improved
I had booked this room for my parents's visit to the city for a night. The overall experience as they described was 'amazing' and worth every penny. However the only problem they faced was with the WiFi, which seemed to had lot of problems and even the technicians were not able to resolve it. Since the stay was only for a night, it didn't matter much. I would rate it as a 7.5/10.

Worst experience
It was one of the worst experience to stay in Treebo Strawberrys as they don't have enough staff to accommodate guests and the rooms are dirty also the tea maker and other thing is not working over a total bad experience.
