It is a mixed feeling with this hotel. The service is excellent, but the staffs can barely speak English, we had to use Google translate all the time.
But the main problem is the temperature of the room. It's not equipped to be adjusted in each room, it's all centralized. When it's 28℃ outside, the room is 25℃. When it is 19℃, the room is 22℃. The blankets are very comfortable but they're very thick. So I'm awake at night as it gets too hot. I guess it's probably much better to stay in this hotel in the winter.
Other than the temperature issue, it's a decent hotel to stay in, it's around a 10 min walk to Sapporo station and 5 min walk to Kitajunijo station.
