Starting from entrance our baby really love it because of realistic Dinosaur’s that welcoming every guest,I was also surprised of a spacious room & very clean room very relaxing, And my husband really loved the breakfast a lot of choices and they prepared it perfect.

ラグーナテンボスとの直結が良かった。 朝食も満足でした。 ラグーナとホテルに子供が満足でした。 いい思い出になりました。 一方で、駐車場をアスファルトにして欲しい。車の砂ぼこりによる汚れが気になります。高級車も多かったので是非とも改善して欲しい。

恐竜好きの子供を連れて行くには非常に良いです。お風呂は大浴場は無く、部屋に設置されているものしかありません。周辺に日帰り温泉はありますが、歩いて行ける距離にはありません。ラグナシアへの直結入場口があるので、朝一から入場をお考えなら、宜しいかと思います。

エアコンが臭い。　夜中に電話が鳴り起こされた。受話器を上げるとメロディーが流れ…。それが３回もあり、受話器を上げたままにした。お陰で寝不足。翌朝スタッフに聞いたら、「電話が混線していて、こちらも何度かありました。」 だからお客も我慢しろと？ 謝りもしない若い女性スタッフ。 話にならない。残念。
