badly managed and serviced property
we booked Hotel Paras mahal only for the location as we wanted to stay in Hiran magri sector 11 and upfront knew that we will not get 3 star facilities or services. With our adjusted expectations all i experienced in this hotel was disappointment. Double bed rooms are facing the road and your young kids cant sleep in the night due to traffic and noise. Water chocked in bathrooms and hotel staff has no solution. Sofa, lounger in the room are dirty and stinks. there are power cuts and you can be stuck in lifts. Hotel would not mention but they will charge you for a mattress for 2 years kid. I need to explain to 3 different people at reception at different time(morning, afternoon and night) to convey the room issues and then upgraded to a bigger room and guess what - Aircon wasnt working in this room, hot/cold water mixer in bathroom was faulty - sometimes throws super hot water and next moment its cold water. i can go on and on with the problems i faced in 3 nights. overall feedback - badly managed and serviced property where you pay more than it deserves.
